  • 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar (rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • ½ tsp sesame seeds
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for extra spice)
  • ½ cucumber (julienned)
  • 1 boiled egg (halved, for garnish)
  • Green onions (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Noodles

    • Boil water in a pot and cook the noodles according to the package instructions.
    • Rinse under cold water and drain well.
  2. Make the Sauce
