Instructions
- Prepare the potatoes:
- Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes.
- Blanch the diced potatoes in boiling salted water for a few minutes, until slightly softened. Be careful not to overcook them.
- Drain the potatoes and set them aside.
- Prepare the batter:
- In a bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and egg.
